Requirements for Admission

All students, regardless of language or national origin are required to have a good command of the english language. Admission of international students is subject to approval and applicable federal and state laws. Please contact the school office for further information about international enrollment. High School or other college transcipts are not necessary for admission. The school is currently exploring options to offer classes on-line, however prospective students must be able to provide their own transportation to campus in Kannapolis.
Because of our small class structure, giving students more one on one instruction, it is recommended that all interested applicants register by June1 for Fall Classes ( starting in August) and by October 1 for Spring Classes ( starting in January) to ensure a seat. If capacity has not been reached, arrangements may be made for late admission. Application information can be obtained directly from the college or your local recruiter. You may also contact Dr. Keith Slough at (704) 938-6415.

Tuition

Ambassador Christian College, is a fully accredited Institute for Advanced Biblical Studies and as such, it is in a unique position to offer tuition for the school year at rates less expensive than other private colleges in North Carolina including the state's Bible colleges. Since more than 90 percent of all instruction is from the Holy Bible (Authorzed King James Version), few other textbooks will be required for first year instruction saving the student hundreds of dollars.

Tuition should be paid in full at the time of registration, and all students may qualify for early registration incentives. However students may discuss scholarships and other arrangements with their advisor prior to each start of the school year. Extreme hardship cases will be examined between the student, their advisor and the school president.

Refund Policy

Following the University of North Carolina college system policy of offering full and partial refunds for students who, for wahtever reason must withdraw shortly after registration, the college maintains a refund policy as follows: All students will receive a 100% refund of all tuition paid if withdrawl occurs within the first week of classes. After one week, 75%, two weeks, 50%, third and fourth weeks, 25%. After the fourth week, no refunds are available.

Financial Assistance

At present, the college has no direct financial assistance program to accept government grants such as BEOG, SOEG, or state grants. However, prospective students are encoraged to seek assistance from their family, church or other sources.
